PROMOTION BANNERS

Promotion banners in the Atrium.

Located in the main hall, these banners inform visitors about the key features of the event.

 

3D HOLOGRAMS

Holorotor 3D – Our four 3D holograms can add a more modern and interactive touch to your event. These 3D holograms display animated graphics and logotypes. Files prepared according to technical requirements (1920×1920 px, H264, 25 fps) will capture participants’ attention and help build a contemporary image of your company.

INTERACTIVE INFO KIOSKS

Visitors can access event information in a modern, engaging way through our touch screen info kiosks located in the Atrium and at the S3, S4, S6 and S8 Rooms.

SMARTPHONE CHARGERS

LED charging stations with displays for logos, slogans, and simple graphics.

GOBO LAMPS

Special lamps that project logotypes and short advertising slogans on walls and floors, ensuring a subtle and elegant brand presence in our venue.

RECEPTION DESK IN ATRIUMm

An impressive reception desk, 7.18m high and 1.17m long, that ensures maximum visibility as participants enter the venue. An ideal spot for branding and registration, staffed with personnel dedicated to your event.

MOVEABLE RECEPTION DESK

A stylish illuminated desk, recommended as an ideal reception area in the LCK. Possibility of illuminating the front panels of two modules (140 x 110 cm) and two curved sides.

PLEXI ROSTRUM

A subtle and elegant spot for logo display, positioned next to the speaker. With dimensions of 45 x 110 cm..

PRESIDIUM TABLE IN S1 ROOM

An ideal spot for brand presentation during keynote speeches. The table dimensions are: width 513 cm; height to the aluminum profile 60.5 cm; height to the edge 71.5 cm.

SCREENS IN FOYERS

Screens with a digital signage system, located in the foyers of the S2 (5 screens 55”), S5 (4 screens 55”), and S7 (7 screens 55”) Rooms. These screens provide wide-scale content exposure in strategic locations and are also used for live broadcasts from selected rooms and display of promotional content in Full-HD (1920×1080 px).

The LCK offers access to advanced visual systems for dynamic and engaging content display during events:

P 3.9 LED Screen in Room S2 – with a maximum surface area of 32 m², allowing cabinet connections in various shapes such as circle, ellipse, or even the letter S! Thanks to the Resolume Arena software, we can create multi-layered, transparent graphics that can be perfectly tailored to the needs of your event.

P 2.9 LED Screen – with an area of up to 12 m² – an excellent solution for more intimate rooms, with full support for graphic and video files.

PN-V600 SHARP VIDEOWALL

Two PN-V600 Sharp Videowalls, located in the S4 Room and on the third floor, are primarily used to broadcast key information and promotional videos

MULTIMEDIA ROSTRUM

The rostrum features two labels on the front or a screen for graphics with dimensions of 1080 x 1920 px.

INFO KIOSKS

Two info kiosks, located in the Atrium, offer space to display logotypes and graphics, adding a modern and interactive touch to your event.
