Sustainable development and the continuous implementation of ESG have been at the heart of LCK’s operations since its establishment in 2016.
The Lublin Conference Centre is committed to integrating ESG solutions into our sustainable development efforts. We focus on environmental responsibility, energy efficiency, and ensuring the comfort of our visitors. Our environmental policy is built on several key initiatives. We save energy by using a ground-source energy system that helps regulate the building’s temperature. Additionally, we utilize a floor heating and cooling system, harvest rainwater for sanitation and landscape maintenance, and install roof-mounted solar panels.
By implementing LED lighting and motion sensors, we have successfully reduced our energy consumption by 25%. We also use UV-C sterilizers to eliminate microorganisms, improving air quality and ensuring sanitary and epidemic safety in the building.
We actively support social development through cultural and educational initiatives aimed at benefiting the local community, artists, and businesses. At LCK, we prioritize open dialogue, cooperation, and the creation of a sustainable future for our region.
The LCK building incorporates many innovative solutions aimed at protecting the environment and reducing emissions. We don’t stop there. We consistently invest in new technologies that can help improve our efficiency. We continually minimize our environmental impact through effective resource management, the use of renewable energy sources, and emission reduction.
We actively engage in social projects, support the local community, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. In line with one of our statutory tasks, which focuses on developing and conducting educational initiatives, we are particularly open to collaborating with academic institutions in Lublin on their projects. We support young researchers, local artists, and athletes, and we take pride in expanding these efforts every year.
Operating ethically and transparently is of primary importance to us. We follow good management practices and focus on continuous improvement. We strictly adhere to our Code of Ethics, which serves as a guide for our staff in their day-to-day operations.
