“Zakochane w Polsce” (In Love with Poland) is a theatrical and musical show depicting the lives of women who fought for a free Poland during and after World War II. The show was inspired by the life stories of Zofia Pelczarska, nom de guerre “Ciotka” (the Aunt), Danuta Magierska, Kazimiera Garbowska, Stefania Zarzycka, Alina Blaszyńska, Izabela Kochanowska, nom de guerre “Błyskawica” (the Lightning), and Barbara Nagnajewicz, nom de guerre “Krysia.” 
The cast comprised local actors and singers: Dorota Szostak-Gąska, Emilia Komarnicka-Klynstra, Monika Kowalczyk, Kinga Moczydłowska, Martyna Sabak, and Urszula Kasprzak-Wąsowska (Urka). .

The acts of New Circus were performed by Anna Pelengi and Anna Kawiak, talented female acrobats, with the dance acts performed by Dagmara Winiarczyk and Zuzanna Kurys. . 

The performance was directed by Marcin Wąsowski, with music composed by Michał Iwanek, visualizations created by Przemysław Białasz, costumes designed by Marta Zbańska, and graphic design created by Michał Łysiak. 
The screenplay was written in cooperation with Marcin Krzysztofik and Aneta Kołtun from the IPN, the Lublin Branch of the Institute of National Remembrance.
